Privacy policy

What data we collect, why we use it and how we protect it.

This policy explains what personal data we collect on webico.io, why we collect it and how we protect it. We process data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. The data controller is the service provider named above.

1. What data we collect

  • Data you send through forms: name, email, phone, company, website and your message. We collect it through the contact form, the chatbot, the project configurator and when you book a consultation (the chosen date and time).
  • Payment data: we never receive or store card details. Payments are processed directly by the bank or payment provider. We only see the payment status, amount and date.
  • Technical data: the IP address saved when a form is sent, used to prevent spam and abuse.

2. Why we use it

  • to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and schedule a meeting;
  • to deliver the services you ordered and handle invoices and payments;
  • to send service messages such as confirmations, reminders and changes;
  • to keep the site secure and protected from spam.

We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and we never sell your data.

3. Legal basis

We process data with your consent (when you send a form), to enter into and perform a contract, and to meet legal obligations such as accounting.

4. Who we share it with

We only share data with providers that are needed to run the site and our services:

  • the hosting provider whose servers store the site and its data;
  • the email service used to send messages;
  • the bank or payment provider that processes payments;
  • public authorities, only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and lead data is kept for no longer than two years after the last contact if no contract is signed. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the period required by law, for example for accounting records.

6. Cookies and browser storage

  • The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies for visitors.
  • The chatbot stores in your browser's local storage only whether you have already sent the form, so it does not ask again.
  • Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
  • The admin panel uses a strictly necessary session cookie for authorised staff only.

If we add an analytics tool such as Google Analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop processing it. You can also withdraw your consent. Send your request by email and we will reply within the time set by law. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

8. Security

The site runs over a secure connection (HTTPS). Data files cannot be reached directly from the internet, and the admin panel is password protected.
