1. General
These terms govern the relationship between the owner of webico.io and provider of the services ("Webico", "we") and the customer ("client", "you") who uses the site, places an order or pays for our services.
By placing an order or paying, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our privacy policy. If a separate written contract is signed for a specific project, its terms take priority.
2. Services
Webico provides digital services. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Our services include:
- website design and development, including WordPress, online stores and UI/UX design;
- website packages with setup, hosting and maintenance billed monthly;
- website maintenance and support plans;
- SEO, digital marketing and add-ons such as a chatbot, online booking or a second language.
The scope and price of each package are listed on the pricing and services pages, or in an individual proposal.
3. Orders
- Orders are placed through the project configurator, the contact form, a booked consultation or by email.
- We contact you within one business day of receiving an order to confirm the details.
- For monthly website packages, billing starts only after you approve the design.
- For individual projects, scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing in advance, including by email.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL). VAT, where applicable, is shown separately on the invoice.
- You can pay by card through the bank's online payment system, or by bank transfer against an invoice.
- Webico never receives or stores card details. Payments are processed over a secure connection by the bank or a licensed payment provider.
- Subscriptions: by subscribing you agree that the package price is charged to your card automatically every month (or every year, depending on the chosen period) until you cancel. The charge date matches the date of the first payment.
- One-off projects: usually an advance is paid before work starts and the balance after acceptance, as stated in the proposal.
- We notify active subscribers of any price change at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
- If a payment is late, we may suspend the service, including hosting, after notifying you, until the balance is paid.
5. Term and cancellation
- Monthly website packages: the minimum term is 12 months. After that the subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice.
- Maintenance plans: can be cancelled in any month, effective from the next billing period. The minimum term for the SEO and maintenance plan is 3 months.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide the materials needed for the site on time: texts, photos, logo and access.
- Hold the rights to the materials you provide, and make sure they do not infringe third-party rights or the law.
- Do not use the site for illegal activity, spam or harmful content.
Delays in providing materials move the timeline accordingly.
7. Ownership and rights
- The domain is registered in the client's name. Texts, photos and logos provided by the client remain the client's property.
- One-off projects: after full payment, the right to use the site's design and code passes to the client.
- Monthly website packages: during the subscription the design and code are used under licence. After 12 months the client can buy out the code at the agreed price and move it to other hosting.
- Webico may show the finished site in its portfolio unless the client objects.
8. Hosting and availability
Hosting included in packages runs on the infrastructure of a reliable third-party provider. We monitor the site, make backups and work to keep it online, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime against failures outside our control, such as provider or network outages or force majeure.
9. Limitation of liability
Webico is not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue, caused by temporary unavailability of the site, failures of third-party services or materials provided by the client. Our total liability is limited to the amount the client paid in the last three months. SEO and marketing results depend on search engines and the market, so we do not guarantee specific rankings or sales.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Changes are published on this page with the date of the update. Active subscribers are notified of significant changes by email.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. We aim to resolve disputes through negotiation first. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the courts of Georgia.
