1. Nature of the services
Webico provides only digital services: website design, development, hosting, maintenance, SEO and marketing. No physical goods are shipped, so there is no courier delivery and no delivery fee. Services are delivered online, in Georgia and abroad.
2. How delivery works
- Order: through the website configurator, a form, the chat or by booking a consultation.
- Clarification: we contact you by phone or email within 1 business day.
- Design: we prepare the design and send it to you for approval.
- Build and launch: the site goes live on your domain. We let you know by email when it launches and hand over the necessary access details.
- Maintenance: in subscription and maintenance packages, the service is provided continuously every month.
3. Timelines
- “Website by subscription”: usually 2–3 weeks from design approval and receipt of the necessary materials (texts, photos).
- Custom projects: the timeline is agreed in the quote, depending on the scope of work.
- Maintenance packages: the service starts within 2 business days of payment (with a site audit in the first week).
- Change requests: we usually make small changes within 2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 (Tbilisi time). Delays in materials from the client move the deadlines accordingly.
4. Acceptance
Before launch we send you a preview version. We make corrections within the agreed number of rounds. The service counts as delivered once the site is live and the access details are handed over; monthly services count as delivered over the respective month.
